James R. Scull, PhD
President, Pharmxtrax
Dr. James Scull is the President of Pharmxtrax, which provides advisement services to navigate the development life cycle of pharmaceuticals, single-use manufacturing equipment and medical devices.
With more than 37 years of pharmaceutical and CRO industry experience, Dr. Scull has supported hundreds of clients in gaining regulatory approval of their products and devices. Specific areas of emphasis include E&L, nitrosamines and regulatory compliance.
Prior to founding Pharmxtrax, Dr. Scull served as Scientific Director for Element Life Sciences, VP of NSF Health Sciences, Co-owner & Executive Director of Pharmalytica Services, Outsourcing Director for Purdue Pharma and Principal Research Scientist for the Dupont Pharmaceutical Company. He holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Villanova University.
